I channel guidance directly from source and draw from a rich variety of tools & resources from both my training in psychotherapy & from my many years of walking the path of the mystic. Our sessions (around 75 Min) are at the heart of our work & a deep dive into your inner universe. After dropping in with a brief meditation to open the space, we allow the wisest parts of us to take us exactly where we need to be & look exactly where we need to see. This is where we work our energetic & alchemical magic and uncover, love & integrate what has been holding you back from living your truth. This is a safe space for all parts of you to be seen, held & nourished. This is the anchor you'll keep returning to, the place where the visions in your heart will be held high, even if life asks you to dig deep. You are very welcome to visit me wherever in the world I'm currently residing for in person sessions, however, most of my sessions happen online via Zoom and they are just as powerful. I am happy to record online sessions for you if you'd like me to!
Biweekly Sessions
These are 15 - 30 Minute long phone calls, that you can request any time in between our sessions. We can schedule them in advance to support you right before a big moment (Like when you are about to take an exciting exam / go on stage for the first time / have an important conversation / take a big, brave step) - We’ll co-regulate and anchor you in your power right when the nerves start kicking in. They are also designed to support you when you get stuck with something (As long as it's not in a car in the snow, I'd be useless for that haha!) and it would feel nourishing to receive some guidance on the go - For these in the moment calls, I never guarantee immediate availability though. In my experience, these moments align magically and I either happen to be available quickly or your process ends up beautifully completing itself already and you use your In Between Call at a different time.
In Between Calls
Something we do a little differently: You have my full permission to reschedule sessions if needed. Yes, even last minute and No, you don't need to apologize. (Even though I LOVE supporting you, I'm one of those strange introverts that get excited for bonus me-time & always have creative work I can tend to instead). I want you to use our space to practice attuning to your highest truth and never force yourself to come to a session, even if it isn’t what you need on that particular day. Only holding a handful of clients at a time allows me to give you the luxury of flexibility. I'll sometimes reschedule a session too, if I just started my bleed or there's an unexpected reason I can't hold clear space for you - I will always try my best to let you know with as much time in advance as possible if I ever need to reschedule, but I don't need much time in advance from you.

At the very beginning of our journey, we'll take a full 2 hours for our Opening Ceremony. We'll meet - Soul to soul - in a ceremonial space to open our energetic container and deeply connect with your intentions, dreams, desires, fears, past, present and future to set the foundation for all that's to come. Leading up to the Opening Ceremony, you'll also receive a Questionnaire for you to fill out and start opening the alchemical process within you. These powerful questions invite you to allow your visions to come alive and your answers give me all the information I need to be in the highest service to your evolution.
