Hiring a mentor is a lot like hiring a mountain guide for a particularly exciting adventure - Instead of arriving at your destination exhausted because you kept getting lost in the rain, starving because you didn't pack enough snacks AND cranky because the wrong shoes gave you blisters - The right guide by your side allows you to actually ENJOY the journey. You get to feel held by someone who knows exactly how to take you on the most magical route to where you desire to go. In many ways, the support I offer is like that of a mountain guide - Except that the terrain I specialize in is YOUR transformation.

While showing up for my clients in calls is the easiest & most joyful thing in the world for my AuDHD brain, responding to messages is not and sometimes I fall behind & it takes me a while to catch up. That's why I don't offer traditional WhatsApp support in my mentoring - The magic of our work happens in session.
Might get distracted at times
As much as I wish the distracted by a squirrel ADHD stereotype wasn't accurate, in my case it very much is. Whilst I sometimes might get briefly distracted by something in the environment, I always find my way back to holding space for you with the full presence you deserve - And more often than not, we'll have a laugh about it together.

If the primary challenge you're facing is related to any health concerns or you're currently finding yourself in great emotional distress & struggling to function in daily life - I'm not the right guide for you right now, as I'm not trained or equipped to provide the kind and / or the level of support you need & deserve.

HoW it WoRkS
Our sessions (around 75 Min) are at the heart of our work & a deep dive into your inner universe. After dropping in with a brief meditation to open the space, we allow the wisest parts of us to take us exactly where we need to be & look exactly where we need to see. This is where we work our energetic & alchemical magic and uncover, love & integrate what has been holding you back from living your truth. This is a safe space for all parts of you to be seen, held & nourished. This is the anchor you'll keep returning to, the place where the visions in your heart will be held high, even if life asks you to dig deep. You are very welcome to visit me wherever in the world I'm currently residing for in person sessions, however, most of my sessions happen online via Zoom and they are just as powerful. I am happy to record online sessions for you if you'd like me to!
Biweekly Sessions
These are 15 - 30 Minute long phone calls, that you can request any time in between our sessions. We can schedule them in advance to support you right before a big moment (Like when you are about to take an exciting exam / go on stage for the first time / have an important conversation / take a big, brave step) - We’ll co-regulate and anchor you in your power right when the nerves start kicking in. They are also designed to support you when you get stuck with something (As long as it's not in a car in the snow, I'd be useless for that haha!) and it would feel nourishing to receive some guidance on the go - For these in the moment calls, I never guarantee immediate availability though. In my experience, these moments align magically and I either happen to be available quickly or your process ends up beautifully completing itself already and you use your In Between Call at a different time.
In Between Calls
Something we do a little differently: You have my full permission to reschedule sessions if needed. Yes, even last minute and No, you don't need to apologize. (Even though I LOVE supporting you, I'm one of those strange introverts that get excited for bonus me-time & always have creative work I can tend to instead). I want you to use our space to practice attuning to your highest truth and never force yourself to come to a session, even if it isn’t what you need on that particular day. Only holding a handful of clients at a time allows me to give you the luxury of flexibility. I'll sometimes reschedule a session too, if I just started my bleed or there's an unexpected reason I can't hold clear space for you - I will always try my best to let you know with as much time in advance as possible if I ever need to reschedule, but I don't need much time in advance from you.

At the very beginning of our journey, we'll take a full 2 hours for our Opening Ceremony. We'll meet - Soul to soul - in a ceremonial space to open our energetic container and deeply connect with your intentions, dreams, desires, fears, past, present and future to set the foundation for all that's to come. Leading up to the Opening Ceremony, you'll also receive a Questionnaire for you to fill out and start opening the alchemical process within you. These powerful questions invite you to allow your visions to come alive and your answers give me all the information I need to be in the highest service to your evolution.
